Eric Vloeimans
Eric Vloeimans is an internationally renowned trumpeter and composer, known for his expressive playing and versatile repertoire that connects jazz, classical, and contemporary music. With a rich career of solo albums, collaborations, and concerts around the world, he is praised for his unique sound and musical imagination.For Eric Vloeimans, Casa Donata collaborates with Susanna von Canon.
Matangi Quartet
Matangi Quartet is a versatile Dutch string quartet that combines classical music with jazz, pop, and crossover projects. Since 1999, the four musicians have explored new repertoire and surprising collaborations. They have performed on international stages and festivals and released several albums, including with Deutsche Grammophon and ECM Records. With their creative curiosity, they continue to inspire new audiences.
Janne Schra
Janne Schra is a multidisciplinary artist from Amsterdam, known as a singer, songwriter, and painter. She rose to prominence as the frontwoman of the band Room Eleven, with which she achieved multiple gold and platinum albums.Since the start of her solo career in 2010, she has regularly collaborated with international artists and renowned orchestras. In 2023, she won the prestigious Edison Jazz Award for her project with De Vogels.For Janne Schra, Casa Donata collaborates with Jeroen Blokker of Blokk Management.
Roek Lips
Roek Lips (1961) is a writer, speaker, and theatre maker. In his lectures, inspiration sessions, and performances, he explores questions around direction, change, (personal) leadership, and humanity in a time when little can be taken for granted. With his background as a programme maker and executive at organisations including NPO, NCRV, and VARA, he connects personal stories, societal themes, and imagination. His appearances are reflective, accessible, and touch on what truly matters.
Jannemien Cnossen
Jannemien Cnossen is a classical violinist and jazz singer who pays tribute to the versatility and courage of Nina Simone, accompanied by her three-piece band. She studied jazz vocals and violin at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague and has performed in productions including the theater show Scherzo by Mini and Maxi. Since 1998, she has been a regular accompanist for Herman van Veen and has released several solo albums.
Dutch Swing College Band and Ellen ten Damme
The Dutch Swing College Band, one of Europe’s most renowned and long-standing jazz ensembles (since 1945), brings over 80 years of tradition, international touring, and 150+ albums to the stage with their signature New Orleans and Chicago jazz sound.Together with acclaimed Dutch singer Ellen ten Damme, they present a vibrant program of swing classics, elegant ballads, and timeless jazz standards. Blending jazz, chanson, swing, and cabaret, she creates a unique style inspired by Marlene Dietrich and Édith Piaf.Following their celebrated anniversary concert in The Hague and a successful Japan tour in 2025, they now bring this exceptional collaboration to Germany in 2027.An evening of swing, elegance, and musical energy.
